FOR CARRIERS

Long-term cooperation, transparent rates and work in cycles.

What you gain

Substance, not promises.

Four things that set us apart from typical forwarding and genuinely change a carrier's day-to-day work.

  • Dedicated contact person

One operator stays with you from the application onwards. No bouncing calls between departments, no looking for the right person to ring.

    • One number
    • Constant contact
  • No end-client or driver handling

We take on the end-client conversations, commercial agreements and driver coordination. You stay focused on the road and the cargo.

    • No end-client handling
    • No driver coordination
  • Transparent rates

Financial terms are agreed upfront, before the run starts. Self-billing shortens the paperwork loop, a preferred discount really shortens the payment term, and base-to-base settlement covers every kilometre of the run.

    • Self-billing
    • Base-to-base settlement
  • Circuit work

We match loads to cut empty kilometres and bring you back with cargo. Repeatable routes, less wasted time, higher run profitability.

    • Fewer empty km
    • Repeatable routes
What we guarantee

A monthly mileage,
a rate on every kilometre.

Two pillars our partnership stands on. No fine print in the contract, no kilometre counting after the fact.

  • Guaranteed monthly mileage

Once we settle into a steady partnership we agree a monthly kilometre commitment up front. You know what the truck will earn before it sets off on the first run.

  • Loaded / empty rate

We pay for every kilometre of the run: loaded and empty. No hidden deductions for repositioning to pickup or empty return legs.

What you'll need

Before we hit the road

Our orders are international, so some things need to be in place from the first run. Others are nice to have and help us match better routes for you.

Required
  • Active transport company with a valid tax ID (NIP)
  • Transport licence (national or EU community)
  • Current carrier liability insurance (OCP)
  • Roadworthy fleet with up-to-date inspections and tachograph
Nice to have
  • Experience on international routes
  • GPS with access for the dispatcher
  • ADR permits
  • Industry certifications (SQAS, GMP+, IFS Logistics)
How we start

From application to the circuit.

Four steps into an ongoing partnership. First contact doesn't have to mean any binding decisions yet.

  1. 01

    Application

You fill in a short form with your company and fleet details. Straight to the point: no excess questions, no formal sales procedure.

  2. 02

    Verification

We check company data, permits and cooperation history. We talk on the phone, agree terms and expectations on both sides.

  3. 03

    First run

We start with a single order on a familiar direction. Time to see how the partnership beds in and whether the work rhythm fits both sides.

  4. 04

    Ongoing partnership

You enter the circuit of repeatable routes. A dedicated operator, familiar consignees, a predictable schedule, plus room to talk about growing the fleet.

Common questions

Before you leave your contact.

Quick answers to the questions that come up most often in conversations with carriers before the first run.

Who will be my contact after I apply?

One person stays with you from the first call onwards. No hotline, no calls bouncing between departments.

Do I have to deal with end clients or drivers?

No. We handle end-client conversations, commercial agreements and driver coordination. The road and the cargo stay on your side.

Does the first run mean a long-term commitment?

No. We treat the first run as a trial period for both sides. The decision about ongoing partnership comes after.

What about financial terms?

We agree on rates and the settlement model before the first run, not after. No hidden deductions, no unclear rules.

What information do I need to start the conversation?

Your company name, NIP and a phone number are enough for first contact. The rest of the documents we work out on the call.

Where do the loads come from?

We work on repeatable directions. We match loads to cut empty kilometres, not random one-off freight from a load board.

Become a partner

Let's start a conversation.
No commitment.

Leave your contact details and company number. We'll get in touch to learn about your fleet and check whether our routes match your tractor units.

Prefer to call?

The phone and email reach the same person who answers the form. If a shorter route works better, we'll pick up.

  • Dedicated contact person

From the first call you work with one person, not a hotline.

  • Transparent rates

We agree on settlement terms before the first run, not after.

  • Circuit work

We match loads so your trailer doesn't run back empty.

Partner manifesto

More than an order.
An ongoing partnership.

We're not chasing another truck for tomorrow. We're looking for partners we come back to every week, with a ready route, a known direction and terms agreed in advance.
